Rosemont House Revival
By the time this Rosemont house came to us, it had been sitting empty for roughly 20 years. One of the oldest homes in the neighborhood, it had deteriorated to the point where continued neglect could eventually have meant losing the building entirely.
The project became a total rehabilitation rather than a cosmetic renovation. Over seven months, the goal was to make the house solid, useful, and lived-in again while respecting the fact that it had already survived for generations.
For us, projects like this are as much about stewardship as construction: taking a building that already has history and giving it the work it needs to remain part of the neighborhood for decades to come.
