Saco Shingle Project

This Cape Cod client came to us to remodel their investment property. Built at the turn of the 20th century, this craftsman-style bungalow had old world charm but lacked modern-day functionality. We gutted the home with the intention to recreate the original charm while upgrading everything within. Cabinets were refinished and modern accents included with stainless steel appliances, hardware pulls, and slate tile. A beadboard-trimmed hood brought back a nod to that traditional Cape appeal.
